Legal & Trade Standards

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions define the governing standards, trade norms, calculation formulas, and ledger settlements applicable across the MP Billing platform.

Transparent Purity Formulas
Binding Rate Cut Contracts
Dual Ledger Reconciliation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the MP Billing platform, receiving computer-generated billing statements, or engaging in commercial trade settlements recorded on this system, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you represent a business, firm, or proprietorship, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. System Access & User Responsibility

Access to administrative, invoicing, and receipt-management consoles is restricted strictly to authorized staff:

  • Authorized users are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their credentials and session tokens.
  • All activities performed under an authenticated profile are logged and treated as authorized business entries.
  • Any suspected credential compromise or unauthorized access must be reported immediately to administrative oversight.

3. Weight, Purity & Wastage Calculations

All bullion, silver bars, and jewellery transactions recorded in MP Billing adhere to approved trade calculation norms:

  • Gross Weight: Recorded in kilograms (Kg) using calibrated weighing systems.
  • Touch (Purity %): Expressed as a percentage reflecting the assayed or agreed metal content.
  • Wastage Allowance (%): Applied per agreed manufacturing and trade conventions.
  • Pure Equivalent Weight (Kg): Computed transparently as:
    Pure (Kg) = Weight × ((Touch + Wastage) / 100)

4. Rate Cutting & Pricing Agreements

Rate cutting transactions reflect mutually locked metal rates:

  • Agreed rate cut amounts and effective conversion rates (''Rate Cut ₹/Kg'') are fixed upon mutual confirmation and entry.
  • Once entered and authorized, rate cutting entries represent binding financial contracts and cannot be unilaterally revoked.
  • Pure metal amounts obtained through rate cutting are credited directly to the customer's net Pure Balance ledger.

5. Account Balances & Settlement Cycles

Each registered customer maintains two separate, linked ledgers:

Pure Balance (Kg)

Reflects the net physical pure silver weight due for delivery or receipt, updated dynamically across sales, purchases, and rate cuts.

Cash Balance (₹)

Reflects monetary receivables and payables, incorporating maker charges, final bill totals, rate cuts, and cash receipts.

6. Electronic Invoices & Digital Dispatches

Bills generated by MP Billing are computer-generated trade records:

  • Electronic statements, invoices, and receipts generated by the system are valid trade documentation.
  • Invoices transmitted via WhatsApp to verified customer phone numbers constitute formal delivery of transaction statements.
  • Customers are advised to review statements upon dispatch and promptly report any discrepancies.

7. Audit, Reconciliations & Discrepancies

Any dispute or variance regarding serial numbers, weights, touch percentages, or cash postings must be brought to our attention within 7 business days of bill dispatch.

Adjustments, returns, or corrections will be validated against physical vault logs, voucher receipts, and authenticated audit entries before an adjusting credit or debit note is posted.

8. Limitation of Liability

While MP Billing employs rigorous encryption, strict input validation, and redundant database systems to guarantee record integrity, the platform is provided on an “as is” enterprise operational basis.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party telecommunication delays resulting from carrier network outages or WhatsApp platform service interruptions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all commercial transactions recorded on the MP Billing platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or trade ledgers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the enterprise's registered jurisdiction.
